"Early in 2012 due to expansion, I was seeking new office premises, I had a clear criteria of what I needed, which in the main, was location. As part of the process, I was shown the property at 45 Moorfields, and based on my experience chose this office for a twelve month period, and have subsequently renewed my agreement. The reasons that I chose working with Forsyth as opposed to numerous other buidlings I viewed, went over and above the location aspect. The building is excellent, and furnished and decorated in a clean business like design, with excellent facilities and flexibility to set up the office in a way appropriate for my needs and delivered over and above my expectation. Everything from the contract phase, equipment set up, telephone and internet was delivered on time and with no issues.
