Forsyth are not ‘brave’, just full of pride when showing off their Business Centres in Scotland

Scotland is a proud country with a strong heritage that offers images of romantic hilltops, epic struggles and Victorian academics complete with their fair share of important inventions.

Modern Scotland thankfully is not shy to remember the past, making it one of the most popular tourist destinations on the planet, especially with visitors from abroad. This in turn means the country is an important place to consider for new business owners or companies looking to expand their office base within the UK.

It is not all castles shrouded in mist and heather laden hilltops though.  The Scotland of the 21st Century is as sophisticated in terms of commerce and industry as any of the so called ‘larger’ countries of Europe.

From their oil refineries in the north east, to the cultural centre which is the capital Edinburgh, through the M8 corridor to the major city that is Glasgow and its surrounding towns, Scotland has a huge amount going for it.

So this nicely brings us to, and explains the reasons why, Forsyth were so keen to establish business centres in the Scotland.  They decided on not just one, but two, and are always looking to expand into a country with such massive potential.  Below we will look at those two centres in more detail:

Forsyth House, Edinburgh

This is a newly refurbished business centre, situated in the heart of Edinburgh’s business and professional district, on George Street.  The accommodation is based over three impressive floors, with excellent views across the Edinburgh skyline, particularly of the famous castle.

The centre also has many café bars and restaurants nearby, with easy access to Princes Street and Edinburgh Waverley Railway Station, making it the ideal location to welcome guests and clients.  Major high street stores, banks, Post Offices and hotels are also within close proximity, giving the centre everything a thriving business needs to function on a day to day basis.

The business centre itself provides a comprehensive list of facilities such as a staffed reception with telephone answering, virtual offices, video conferencing, meeting rooms, car parking, showers and lifts among many other secretarial and modern IT services.  Each office is also fully furnished, making Edinburgh one of the best business centres in Forsyth’s portfolio.

Lomond Court, Stirling

With the business centre in Edinburgh being so good, Forsyth needed to ensure they kept up the high standards with Lomond Court in Stirling, and the good news is they did not disappoint.  This business centre, situated on the edge of Stirling on Castle Business Park is an ideal location for conducting business in Glasgow, Edinburgh and Perth, all of which are less than an hours’ drive away.

Stirling Railway Station also offers direct services to both Glasgow and Edinburgh, with Edinburgh Airport also just a 40 minute drive away, providing quick connections to the rest of the UK and Europe.  The Business Park also has free on-site parking and is just minutes from the M9 and M80 Motorways.

The facilities are typical of a Forsyth Business Centre, with everything you would expect, most notably secretarial services, a staffed reception with call answering, virtual offices, video conferencing, meeting rooms and the centre is fully furnished with lifts and modern IT and telecoms.

When everything is considered, although the number of Forsyth business centres in Scotland is currently just numbered at two, they are both of the highest quality and show the hallmark for potential centres within the region in the future.  To find out how you can benefit from Forsyth’s serviced office space in the Scotland, simply follow the link or call Forsyth on 0800 731 5928.
