Citigroup Banks on Forsyth in Belfast

Citigroup is taking 150 workstations, spread over the entire thrid floor of Forsyth's central Belfast Business Centre, Forsyth House.

The 8,984 sq ft floor is currently being fitted out to accommodate 150 operations staff following the Bank's signing up for a 10 month contract ahead of its move to a new building.

James Ashton, Forsyth sales executive said "We are clearly delighted that such an internationally renowned organisation should chose Forsyth House.  This deal demonstrates that the flexibility provided by our serviced office concept is not only of interest to smaller businesses but is equally attractive to the largest of corporate occupiers.
