Our pedigree
Established by property entrepreneur Kevin McCabe in 1991 as a subsidiary of Scarborough Property Company plc, Forsyth has a long and successful trading history behind it. As a pioneer in the serviced office industry Forsyth opened the doors to it’s first centre on Renfield Street in Glasgow in April 1991. The Forsyth brand is now firmly established with an enviable reputation in the UK marketplace.
In addition to a secure financial backing, being part of the Scarborough Group of companies brings with it a well renowned team of individuals to support Forsyth’s Management Team, adding a wealth of successful and innovative experience in commercial property development, residential development and property management as well expertise in the serviced office and workplace management market.
Established operations throughout England, Scotland and Northern Ireland and The Peoples Republic of China ("PRC") and Hong Kong put us in a great position to continue our expansion of the Forsyth product with the UK, Europe, Hong Kong and PRC being immediate targets. Since inception Forsyth has operated over 30 centres in total.
